The podcast is the second produced by Higher Ground, an Obama production company.

The first was the Michelle Obama podcast, which debuted last year. This show was exclusive to Spotify but was later released on other podcast platforms. The same is likely to be true with Renegades.

According to Spotify’s press release, the two will discuss their “places of origin and role models, explore modern masculinity, and confront the painfully divided state of the country today.”
